Testimonial

Name: The Palace Hotel, Camberwell. Manager: Steve
Date: Client since 2006

Main motivation to buy:

Space issues. High volume venue with a lot of bottles and very little storage area.

Results on the following:

1.    Space reduction ( loading dock,parking space)

Space issues immediately resolved. BottleCycler bins easy to store, tidier and cleaner. Bees were a problem around full wheelie bins and are no longer an issue.

2.    Operational efficiency:

Machine located in central location behind bar so staff have found it blends into their general service and handling of bottles. Handling of bottles is in this way drastically minimised.

3.    Reduction in collection cost

Unable to exactly say but pretty sure.

4.    Noise reduction Inside:

Machine itself attracts attention ( because of location at bar level) but no complaints!! Outside:Prior to BottleCycler there were just a couple of complaints re: noise out back of venue from empties. Was not a main concern of the venue but it is definitely a plus that all noise is now eliminated as the venue goes through a lot of bottles.

5.    Improved 0H &S:

Machine is in an excellent location, height is good and travelling with bins is minimal and not a problem for any staff until now.

6.    Disposal and overall clean up:

As mentioned above: Bin area out the back is clean and tidy and not smelly or attracting insects/bees.

Other:

Not much in way of general feedback. Machine has integrated enough to be almost inconspicuous and does what it has to do with minimum of fuss and hassle.
