Save Space

Reducing glass bottle volume by an amazing 80% frees up  space in your venue for other more profitable uses!.

Fact: just one of our compact 60 litre wheelie bins, inside the crusher holds up to 300 crushed stubbies or 200 crushed wine bottles!

Eliminates the need for multiple bottle bins behind bar areas as  they now go straight into the BottleCycler machine, which avoids double handling and saves you both space and time.  Reducing the space required for waste glass  allows for the option to reallocate the space usually reserved for storing your empties for more profitable uses like an additional car park, tables in your outdoor area or extra room for stock/deliveries. Reduce your collection frequency, as once the empty bottles are removed from your overall waste you will see a dramatic difference in the time it takes to fill up your standard waste bins or skip. For many of our clients this has directly resulted in reducing the size of their general waste skip. Best of all-our mini wheelie bins are compact and easy to store improving the  overall tidiness and  access for deliveries – which is always a good thing regardless of the size of your venue.

Reduce noise both inside your venue and at collection time

One of the main features of BottleCycler is that it is remarkably quiet!

Fact: Quiet enough to place the BottleCycler behind your bar or in your service area where it is most efficient. Bottles can be processed on the spot which avoids double handling. The ‘no noise’ benefit also extends to outside your venue where the clattering of bottle disposal becomes a thing of the past. This is good news for keeping neighbors on side and has also been known to help speed up council approval for license applications and building extension permits.

Eliminate OH&S issues

Work Cover Safety Finalists in 2005 – BottleCycler is without a doubt the most convenient, safe and easy to use method of  glass bottle disposal. By simply dropping the bottle into the machine, BottleCycler ensures that staff no longer have to lift heavy bar bins or come into contact with glass bottles. This means zero risk of injuries from broken glass and reduces injuries resulting from heavy lifting.

Fact: No lifting and carrying awkward and  heavy bottle bins. Just use the ‘click-on’ handle and wheel the BottleCycler bin out, ready for collection.

The BottleCycler will signal when the bin is full and requires changing.  The full bin is then simply wheeled out for collection using the OH&S approved handle. Anyone can do it! And better still….due to the 300 stubbie capacity of our bins – it won’t need to happen that often!

 Save time and energy

Our fast on-the-spot processing method (up to 80 bottles per minute!) means that your staff simply no longer have to deal with the double handling and time it takes to empty bins of bottles – especially during peak times when access to back areas can be obstructed by crowds or when service is absolutely paramount.

Fact: BottleCycler helps   to keep your staff where you need them most and where they are most profitable – behind the bar, serving customers.

There is no need for the venue to spend time to colour sort the bottles, remove labels, corks, straws or even lemon slices before processing the glass bottles. Just place them in the BottleCycler as the glass is colour sorted and other items removed at the recycling centre.
